  18. I've had exactly the same problem. What I've noticed is that when
  19. the modem is on BEFORE I start Windows, Kermit loads ok, but when 
  20. I turn on the modem only AFTER Windows has already started, I need
  21. to quit Kermit and restart it.

  23. In any event, the problem is merely a nuisance, as Kermit functions
  24. perfectly well after it is restarted.
